Muslim inspired dish. Masaman curry is famous for its distinctive fragrant cumin and varieties of spices. This rich texture of Thai curry is often prepared with chicken, beef or lamb. This special Indian curry tastes you all like its strong ingredients of spicy natural herbs.
To make a rich Masaman, simply add the Masaman Curry paste to a pan with some oil & fry for a couple of minutes to release the aromas. Then add a small amount of coconut milk and fry for another minute or so.
Add your chosen meat, vegetables or fish and the remainder of your coconut milk & cook through.
Masaman is traditionally served as a relatovely mild curry, but if you want to make your curry hotter simply add more Maesri Masaman Curry Paste.
