Cooking Instructions: Sauteed: 1. Rinse bihon with tap water, drain and set aside 2. Saute garlic or onion 3. Add shredded meat with carrots, cabbage and other ingredients 4. Add water or soup stock, 1 1/2 cup (12 oz) for every piece of bihon 5. Season to taste 6. Heat until boiling and add the drained bihon 7. Simmer for two minutes, reverse bihon, simmer for another two minutes and stir to loosen bihon 8. Turn off the heat, sprinkle edible oil, stir and serve Soup: 1. Rinse bihon with tap water 2. Add bihon to boiling soup or seasoned stock 3. Simmer for one minute or until tender
