Description: Tiparos Fish Sauce.

A common table condiment in Thailand and arguably the single, most important flavouring ingredient in Thai cooking. Fish sauce has a distinct smell and is used like salt in western cooking and soy sauce in Chinese cooking. To use in place of salt, use approximately three times as much fish sauce.
