Our UFC Banana Sauce is widely used in the Phillipines and across Asia as a condiment / ketchup or for seasoning dishes. Banana Sauce is also known as Banana Ketchup or Tamis Anghang.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Banana (10%), Modified Starch (Corn), Vinegar, lodized Salt (Salt, Potassium lodate), Chili (0.7%), Onion, Garlic, 0.1% Sodium Benzoate (E211) as preservative and Colors: E102 and E129 (may have adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
