Methi Seeds (also called Fenugreek Seeds) come from an annual plant in the Fabaceae family. The leaves of this plant are used for cooking too. Methi is mixed into almost every North Indian curry or snack to enrich its flavour. Methi has a sweet but simultaneously slightly bitter taste. But do not try tasting it raw.
