Turmeric Powder (Haldi)

Turmeric is a deep, bitter spice designed to add flavour to curries and rice. It is a staple part of most curry powders and mixes.

Add turmeric powder to curries, together with chilli powder, cumin and coriander, for that authentic taste. Also add to rice for that familiar yellow colour.
