Sukina Fresh Japanese Udon are thick, soft, Japanese noodles made from wheat flour, water and salt. Traditionally, the dough is not pulled but simply rolled out and cut. Udon noodle is one of the most favourite noodles in Japan. A chewy texture and mild flavour of Udon noodles make everyone like. Sukina Fresh Udon Noodles can also be used as stir-fry noodles or served cold with a healthy dip like miso sauce.
Cooking Direction: For Stir-fry: 1. Add generous amount of oil in a skillet or a work, put 1 package of Udon noodle and stir-fry for 1 minute. 2. Add your favourite meat, vegetables and sauce. Cook for few more minutes.
For Soup: 1. Add noodle to your favourite soup stock and bring it to a boil. 2. Cook for 3 more minutes, add cooked meat and vegetable to taste. Enjoy.
